You’re getting married! We are beyond excited and cannot wait to meet you! It’s important to us to make sure we capture all the tiny details of your day. We believe details help tell your story and we want them to shine. The special locket hidden in your bouquet or the sewn on fabric from your grandparent’s wedding, we want to tell your love story. From getting ready to the last dance, we’ve got you!
Below is our process we go through with each and every couple. These steps will help you get an idea of what to expect from us and how we assist you before, during, and after your wedding day.
As the owner and lead photographer, Amanda is well versed in all aspects of the wedding day timeline. Her experience of digital and film photography for over the past 20 years gives us the knowledge to help ensure our team coverage of your day is seamless from our first chat to well after the wedding festivities. Knowledge in our craft, communication, and teamwork are where we shine.

BOOKING AND PLANNING
You’ve checked us out and like what you see. Time to grab a sweet tea and chat with Amanda! Tell us about your vision and what you are looking for in your team. Whether you are looking for just one service or would like to have us document your day for both photography and videography. How can we best serve you? Tell us everything! Your wants, your needs, and most of all your concerns if you have any. Let’s talk about all of it! We will go over your custom built collections and discuss what to expect during our time together. When you decide you want us, we will send you an online contract and payment plan to officially book your date. Once we are officially official, we will send you a pretty sweet wedding guide to help plan your day!
ENT SESSION
ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Now the fun begins! It’s engagement session time. Most collections will include a session. You can choose to use this session for an engagement or keep it for later. During your session, all you have to do is relax and enjoy your time together, we will take care of the rest. We will help you decide what to wear and suggest some pretty great locations based on your likes and dislikes. This is our time to get to know you as a couple more and help us prep for the wedding day. You’ll get to know us a little better as well, how we work, and know more of what to expect during your big day.
TIMELINE AND PHOTO LIST
As your wedding day approaches, we will be available to help with anything and everything you need – vendor recommendations, timeline preparation, planning suggestions, and more. We will work with your planning team to help create the best timeline. When we are just a few weeks out, we will plan a final phone call to finalize timelines and answer last-minute questions. That way, you can wake up on your wedding day entirely stress free and ready to walk down that aisle.
TIP: Prepare your list of the people you want in your formal photos. This helps to make sure no one is missed and we are able to allot the correct amount of time for this portion of the day. Also remember to give yourself some buffer or down time!
WEDDING DAY
It’s time! The big day is finally here! Our goal is to ensure that it is as fun, light-hearted, and stress-free as possible. We will be there to capture every moment, from beginning to end. When it comes to photographing weddings we are very go with the flow. Our posing is light and relaxed, we want you to feel at ease with us and have fun.
Gallery and Product Delivery
You can expect to receive your finished gallery two to four weeks following your wedding day. Your beautifully curated gallery is where you are able to view, download, share, and print all of the high-resolution digital files. Once you have viewed your gallery, we will begin to design your album and other items in your collection. We inspect and hand delivery locally to St. Pete and Tampa. For our couples out of town we make sure your items are properly packed, shipped, and insured.

Investment
All collections include an online gallery, digital download of high resolution images, and a personal print release. While we do have pre-designed hourly collections, the majority of our collections are hand created for you as a couple. Once you fill out our contact form with what you might like to see in a collection, we will send our investments guide to help walk you through what we offer. Once you look over our guide, the next step is to book a phone call and talk more in depth about your vision.
Six hour collections start at 2100 and full day begins at 3500.
For events outside of our locally based area of Florida, travel fees may apply.
